    Chorizo in Cider

    • Chorizo in cider

    This isn’t my recipe but it’s so simple and so amazing I wanted to share it. Two ingredients, 30mins. Tasty doesn’t get any easier.

    Have some good bread on hand for mopping up.

    Serves: 4 as a snack
    Cooking time: 30 mins

    Ingredients

    • 6 fresh chorizo (about 3 inches each)
    • Bottle of cider (500ml)

    Method

    Place the chorizo in a pan, whole. Pour in the cider and turn on the heat. Done.

    Reduce the cider until you’re left with a sticky glaze, takes about 30mins. Cut the chorizo into bite-sized chunks and enjoy.
